GOLFING - several top class golf courses within a 15 mile drive. Tee times can be arranged for you at Taunton Vale Golf Club.
FAMILY FUN - many attractions ranging from the local sandy beaches to animal farms and adventure/fun parks. Cheddar caves and Wookey Hole are both a great day out. For adults the local cider farms are an entertaining way to pass the time. Brochures are on display in the guest lounge.
FISHING - several reputable local pools and rivers to test your skills.
RIDING - Alstone Riding Centre is less than a mile away. Sally welcomes riders of all ages and abilities. Lessons and rides can be arranged for you. If you wish to bring your own horse/pony, livery is also available.
BICYCLE TRAILS - The Greenwood is set in a largely flat area of Somerset which makes bicycling much easier! Why not explore the Somerset Levels and enjoy the local pubs along the way. Bicycle hire and touring routes can be arranged on your behalf.
SHOPPING - Bath, Taunton, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Clark's Village at Street are all easily accessible.
